A haven of peace for generations

Our residence was originally a warehouse, used by your host's father to sell fruits and vegetables at the market. Over time and through renovations, Résidence Lou Cout, which means "the good corner" in the local dialect, has become an ideal haven of peace for your vacation. Passionate about Asia, we were keen to bring a unique touch to our apartments. You will find Indonesian furniture, purchased directly during our trips to Bali.

The Lou Cout Residence offers 12 apartments with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. In each of these charming vacation rentals, you will find quality amenities and features designed for your comfort.

Upon request and subject to availability, you can add a baby cot and/or an extra bed free of charge for children under 8 years old. 

Gourmet breakfast delivered to your door

Upon request and reservation, enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered directly to your beachfront vacation rental. You can choose to have it delivered at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., or 10:00 a.m.

We offer two breakfast options for €9.50 per person. The first includes pastries, a hot beverage, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The second includes toast, a hot beverage, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Spaces available to you

Throughout your stay, you will have access to a large, secure bicycle storage area. It is located outdoors and includes racks. A lock-up storage area is available for storing surfboards free of charge upon request.

We offer parking spaces, subject to availability and by reservation, at €6 per day.

To enhance the comfort of your beachfront vacation rentals, we offer a number of thoughtful touches. Linens are provided in all our accommodations, as are complimentary toiletries. You will also have access to Wi-Fi.

End-of-stay cleaning is €50. Mid-stay cleaning is also €50. Pets are welcome for €30 per stay.
